Museum Mash-up Family Days are returning in 2026, with a little help from our neighbors at the Albuquerque Museum! Each month, join educators from our museum at the Albuquerque Museum (2000 Mountain Rd NW) as we explore how science meets art through activities designed for creativity, curiosity and discovery.

In February, join us as we celebrate 100 years of Route 66! Albuquerque is home to its own piece of the iconic roadway and the neon shines bright here. Join educators from the NMMNHS at the Albuquerque Museum as we explore Route 66 and the neon lights that Albuquerque is known for through hands on activities designed for all ages.  Learn more and get tickets HERE.
