Experience the East Mountains after dark! Meet a live owl, go for a night hike, learn about nocturnal creatures, view the moon and night sky, visit our one-room museum, and do moon-related activities. Costumes are encouraged, but please wear a costume you can hike in if you're interested in participating.

Dress for the weather and hiking, and bring a headlamp or flashlight. No pets please. Event/stargazing dependant on weather, check SMNHC's social media pages for news about cancellations. Parking is limited, please carpool if possible.

Please note this event is at the Sandia Mountain Natural History Center (60 Columbine Ln., Cedar Crest), not the Museum.
