Valles Caldera Rim from Albuquerque

The rim of the Valles Caldera forms a prominent mountain range on the north horizon as seen from Albuquerque. This view was taken from Rinconada Point, one of the lava flows from the Albuquerque volcanoes 4 miles from downtown. The highest peak is the resurgent dome, Redondo Peak.
