Ecosystems Exploration Kit
To make teaching the curriculum activities easy we've prepared the materials for you! Our Ecosystem Explorations Kit contains:
- our ecology curricula: Ecosystem Explorations and Sandia Mini-Curriculum (hands-on, standards-linked activities based on New Mexico ecosystems)
- materials to teach the curricula
- extras, including additional activities and local rocks, fossils, and furs.
Great for supplementing an ecology field trip or just teaching ecology! Activities are designed for fifth graders.
- Sign one out (FREE!) from the Sandia Mountain Natural History Center, 281-5259. (Kits can be picked up at the Museum of Natural History & Science or the Center.)
- APS teachers check one out from the Unified Resources Library, 880-8295.
