STARTUP Studio Workshop -- "Intro to Video Games"

Learn the basics of coding your own video game using Scratch programming and how to play your game with a MakeyMakey microcontroller.  

Allie Burquist is a Cultural Technology AmeriCorps intern focusing on using art in STEM programming at the museum. She is a New Mexico Highlands University graduate of the Media Arts and Technology Program.

Limited to 12 participants, to guarantee admission for our class you must registar in advance online at Brown Paper Tickets. For families (children age 6 and up), students, and adults.  Online StartUp classes ticket sales stop Midnight, 12:00 am, the morning of the event.

The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science reserves the right to cancel any event that does not reach a minimum of 6 participants.
